The two star rating is strictly because of the condition of the package when received. I have yet to actually test the device to see if it will work with my wireless carrier. Hopefully I can return to amend this comment if all works and I hear back from the supplier.
I'm not sure whether the item was packaged incorrectly or if the item is actually used. The box containing the actual item looks extremely used or as if it was kicked across the floor several times. I'm not sure how to tell if the package has been opened before as the stickers on the sides appear to have been peeled off and reapplied. Also, nowhere in the description did it mention that this is an AT&T device but it is clearly marked on the package. I am with Verizon so I'm not sure if this will work. It would be great if I could get some answers from the supplier.

I purchased a black one for my husband from our local Sprint store several months ago and was so impressed with the performance that I purchased the silver one for myself here on Amazon.
Noise Cancelation is AMAZING!!! My husband drives a diesel truck and I ride the GRTA transit to work (which is a diesel bus w/lots of noise) in normal conditions I we can't hear each other, but with the jaw bone... we hear each other clearly! Only situation we have found it not to work so great in is in the direct wind, but it still works better in the wind than any of our previous headsets.
The physical on/off switch is WONDERFUL!!! No question on if it's on or off.
The audial check of how much talk time you have left is simple to use and a WONDERFUL feature as well.
The rubber ear piece takes a little while to get used to (it has SEVERAL sizes so that you can fit your ear), but it is very comfortable and says in place pretty well for normal wear (it comes a little loose if you walk really fast or run, but overall not an issue).
Overall... We LOVE it and would buy it again in a heart beat!!!!!!
Now if they could just add a "find" feature... that would be great. LOL

The product arrived in a dated AT&T retail package. The headset would not operate despite an hour troubleshooting with technical support at Jawbone. Jawbone support was excellent. They are sending a replacement unit under warranty. I did not realize at the time of purchase that the vendor was actually Overstocks Closeout. Had I known that I would have been more wary. I assumed that Amazon fullfillment would be more careful about the vendors that they represent to Prime users.
